If you like someone to get coffee for you and make paper copies, you will be better off with a traditional secretary in the office. We can however, take care of any and all other tasks for you! We are experts in working and communicating remotely.

There are many freelance EA’s, however you still need to recruit and manage that person. Also what will you do on days when she is sick or on holiday? We call this a single-point-of-failure.

We complete our work based on our unique methodology and your personal preferences. Every entrepreneur has his or her own needs and preferences and our way of working is focused to learn how you like to work and what you want to achieve as quickly as possible.
Are you a morning person? How many appointments do you want at most in a day? Do you like lunch meeting, or rather not? Are there days during which you don’t want any meetings at all? These are all things we agree on together and make sure they get incorporated in your schedule.
We hear this issue from all our users. Yes, it does require a small time investment to get started with an EA, but this time is earned back very quickly. We are the EA experts and we guide you along the start-up process and take note of your preferences and ways of working. You do not need to prepare anything for this. This way the on-boarding takes as little time as possible.
Good communication between you and your EA is essential. For a good collaboration it is very important that everyone is aware of what needs to be done and the expectations. The better we understand you, the better we can support you.
Don’t be afraid to let go
Delegating saves you time and creates more room in your head. For your EA it makes her work more enjoyable and enhances her sense of responsibility. You started working with a EA to increase your productivity and reduce your stress, you can only achieve these goals if you allow yourself to trust your EA.
Points of improvement? Another way of working? We love to think along with you. For us, your happiness is key. If something can be done better we’d love to hear about it. The weekly’s with your EA are an ideal opportunity for this. It is therefore important that these happen every week. Additionally we will have the occasional evaluation call and each quarter we have an online survey.
A task will be picked up within four hours.
You will also get back what the status is and expected completion date. A task will never be outstanding for more than three days. Are you dealing with a priority? We’ll pick these up immediately, of course. Just give us a call so we can prioritise your request.
We meet the most stringent requirements of the GDPR regulations and legislation. This allows us to also assist publicly-traded companies.
We process your data via end-to-end encryption, 2-way verification log-ins and activate an account via your company’s infrastructure. This way, your data is protected as best as possible.
In addition, all our EAs sign an NDA.
You can reach us between 09:00 and 18:00 hours from Monday through Friday. In case of an urgent issue you can contact us outside these times. Also you can send us a message to your EA outside of office hours to take care of the next working day.
