Inbox management is one of the most sought after support tasks at Headroom. The average person spends an average of 4 hours per day on checking emails, and the inbox is often a big source of stress. A lot of time goes into opening emails, reading them and deciding: ‘do I have do do something with this? Is this FYI? Does it have priority do act on this right now?’
When you work with a Headroom PA you won’t have to make those choices any longer. Your PA will make sure that you only get the emails that have important information for you or require action on your part. Additionally, your PA will alert you when an urgent message has come up and will process required actions in your to-do list.
Your PA can also answer emails on your behalf. You would both agree on preset template emails to use for certain recurring emails. For instance, if you frequently receive requests for more information about a given product, your PA can respond to this every time.
Working this way you will respond to emails quicker, without actually having to spend more time or missing any emails. Not only is this great for yourself but also for the people around you!
